We are glad that Saber Interactive revealed a release date for World War Z. The studio indicated that we can expect the game on April 16th and that they will simultaneously release the full version for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The PC users will probably want to know that the publisher made an exclusive deal with the Epic Games Store.
That means we are about two months away from the co-op shooter’s official release. But there is more good news – Saber also revealed system requirements, and they are not that harsh. The minimum CPU is set at AMD Phenom II X4-810, Core i3-520, or Core i5-750. The video card should be Intel HD 530, Nvidia GT 730 2GB, or AMD R7 240GB, and your machine should also have 8 GB RAM.
For the recommended settings, upgrade your CPU to at least an Intel Core i7-3970 and make sure your graphics are Radeon R9 280 or GeForce GTX 960. You ware also advised to have 16GB RAM to run the game optimally.
A Team-Based Multiplayer Game
World War Z is essential a four-player co-op shooter, but the game doesn’t plan to stop there. You can also try your luck at one of the five multiplayer modes, including Vaccine Hunt, Scavenge Raid, King of the Hill, Swarm Domination, and Deathmatch. You can expect plenty of player vs. player vs. the environment action.
We also now that you will get to choose between one of the six classes, including fixer, medic, gunslinger, exterminator, hellraiser, and slasher. Your role in the team and playing style may change depending on the class you select, so make sure to choose wisely.
