Noctis from Final Fantasy Will Be Added to Tekken 7 Soon

Noctis Tekken 7

Fighting games are once again popular as ever, and it seems that the developers are planning to keep it that way. We can’t deny the creativity that authors in the genre have to make their releases better. That at least applies when it comes to the characters included in the rosters. We have seen some weird addition lately, such as Ninja Turtles making their way to Injustice 2. The latest announcement is affecting all the Tekken 7 fans, and the ones that also love the Final Fantasy franchise will be delighted with the news.

Noctis from FF 15 Coming to Tekken 7

According to the latest YouTube video reveal, Noctis is the one that will soon arrive at the list of available characters in the Tekken 7 roster. The famous Engine Blade also comes along with our favorite blue-eyed Final Fantasy hero. You can see him inflicting some severe damage to Yoshimitsu and Jack-7 in the trailer, but there is another exciting thing. Have you noticed the backdrop?

It seems that there will be a new level that will arrive at T7 with Noctis. We can see the Hammerhead Garage in the background, as well as Cindy, Chocobos, and others,  cheering. That was the good news, but there is also a bad one here, too. There is no official release date, but Bandai Namco revealed that it would be in spring 2018 when we will be able to play as Noctis. On the more positive note, he will be available for all platforms, including PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

While we are on the topic, let’s mention that it has only been several months since Tekken 7 had been released on PC. The franchise debuted on this platform and received overwhelmingly positive reviews. To build upon the initial success, the developers are adding more fighters to the game. Before Noctis, players will also get to play as Geese Howard from Fatal Fury and Akuma from Street Fighter. One cannot escape from thinking will this all result in a massive fighting game that will unite all the characters that were ever featured in the genre? Okay, that might be a bit too much to expect, but you can’t deny that it is a lovely time to be a fan of the fighting games with these new additions.

Besides programming and cars, I love video games and I have a huge passion for tech. That's why I'm up to date with every new thing that comes out. In my spare time I write because I enjoy sharing my ideas and thoughts with people.
