How to Pre-Order Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and Play Beta Today

Call of Duty Black Ops 4

We are less than a month away from the new game in the Call of Duty series. The official release date of Black Ops 4 across three platforms is October 12, 2018. The developers plan to release the game at the same time for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. However, the good news is that if you pre-order the game, you can get the chance to play the beta versions immediately. The PlayStation 4 beta started a couple of days ago and the Xbox and PC versions are joining on September 14th and September 15th respectively. All three beta versions will run until September 17th at 5 PM GMT / 10 AM PT. For the moment, there are no announcements from Treyarch and Activision about the second beta, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be happening.

Where to Pre-Order the Game?

There are three different editions of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. If you want the standard edition of the game, we recommend using Battle.net for the simple reason that you will also get 1,100 COD points, which is a bonus not available in some other stores. The price of the standard version is set at $60.

Alternatively, you can decide to purchase the COD: Black Ops 4 digital deluxe edition. This will secure you 2,400 points, as well as the Black Ops Pass with a bunch of nifty items. For now, that includes exclusive Blackout characters, more than 10 additional multiplayer maps, four fresh zombie experiences, as well as other bonus content that will be revealed soon. The cost of the digital deluxe edition is set at $100.

If you want to take things another step further, you can purchase the Digital Deluxe Enhanced edition for $130. The only difference is that you will get 8,500 COD points, which means a lot of resources to use when the game starts.

Activision prepared a special collector’s package for those that are true fans of the franchise. Call of Duty: Black Ops 5 Mystery Box includes a comic book, huge puzzles, steel book and full game, popsocket, lithographs, and even a box that makes sounds and lights up! It may sound ridiculous, but we believe there are fans out there that are willing to invest $200 in it. Keep in mind that this packaging is not available for PC
