Final Trials of Gods and Other December Updates for Assassin’s Creed Origins

Assassin's Creed Origins Trial of Gods

Ubisoft announced what we could expect during December as far as Assassin’s Creed Origins is concerned. And the good news is that there are massive additions to content that will delight fans around the world.

Let’s start with the title update which they will release soon. For starters, the developers listened to community feedback and implemented the enemy scaling feature. Thanks to this option, all opponents that are at lower levels are scaled to your current level. To make the enemies more difficult to overcome, you can also try the new Nightmare mode. It’s the next level of difficulty that makes all foes better in resisting your hits while their blows inflict increased damage.

Aside from that, there will be two new quests. However, we only have details about one of them since Ubisoft is keeping the other a secret. The name of the familiar one is Here Comes a New Challenger. By completing the quest, you will get to know the new Horde mode in which you will encounter oncoming waves of enemies in the Cyrene arena. According to the information on the official website, we recommend you to be at least level 32 to play this mode.

Meet Sekhmet, the Last of the God Trio

So far, you had the chance to face two gods in Assassin’s Creed Origins. During December you will meet the final part of the trio. Sekhmet is the warrior goddess and probably the bravest hunter that the ancient Egypt had ever known. We can’t assume whether she will be trickier to overcome than Sobek or Anubis, but it will definitely be fun to test your skills against her.

If you didn’t have the chance to play the previous parts of Trials of Gods, the Holiday season might be the perfect chance for you. Ubisoft will be giving you a chance to test all of them soon.

As for the store updates, we have details about two packs that will be available shortly. On December 12, the Gladiator pack will introduce Gladius (Hercules’ sword), Grasp (Neptune’s spear), Labrys which is a heavy blade, the Palladium shield, and the Spaniard’s Armor.

Two weeks later, the Wacky items pack will arrive on time to celebrate Boxing Day. We only know that there will be four weapons and a mount in that package, but the developers didn’t want to reveal more.

Besides programming and cars, I love video games and I have a huge passion for tech. That's why I'm up to date with every new thing that comes out. In my spare time I write because I enjoy sharing my ideas and thoughts with people.
